Website and Blog Platforms
I currently work with HTML, CSS and Wordpress. This also applies to any pre-designed layouts for sale.

Hosting
I currently do not supply hosting. I suggest signing up with godaddy. I can supply my clients with more information on hosting options. If you currently have hosting please let me know what company ahead of time.

Site Installation
Once your site is designed and I have your final approval I will need your login information to your hosting account. I will log in to upload the site files/set your site live. Please note I do not keep your login information unless specified in your contract that I need to. If you are concerned I suggest changing your password after your site is live. If you ever have changes to your site I will ask you for the login information again.

Ordering & Payment
When you submit an order, you will receive an invoice from me. I will typically send out invoices every Friday. It will never take longer than seven days for me to get back to you, so if you do not hear from me, please email me again to make sure I received your initial order. As soon as your payment and signed contract is received I will begin working on your design.

Meetings, Changes and Revisions
I allow for one meeting for every design project, this meeting will be set up before the design process is started. We will talk about your needs and expectations. Every meeting after that will be charged at an hourly rate, unless noted otherwise in your contact.
I will send you an initial design proof, after you receive that first proof you will have a set amount of possible revisions, depending on your contract. Additional changes and revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $50 an hour. The site does not go live until we have come to the final approved design.

Refunds and Cancellations
If something comes up and you need to cancel your order contact me immediately. Your contract will include all of the details for termination of a project, otherwise I will issue a refund based upon the amount of time already spent on the project.

Timeline
When you sign up for a project we will come up with a timeline and due date. Please be aware that failure to submit required information or materials may cause subsequent delays in the production of your design. This could result in a delayed delivery of the finished work.
